The providers listed below have subscribed to this directory and unless otherwise indicated charge a fee for their services. Some have a sliding scale. The credentials listed after their names are listed as the individual requested. None have been verified by The Breastfeeding Task Force of Greater Los Angeles.

See list of questions for commonly asked questions regarding the directory or member listings. Providers are listed under their primary service area with additional service areas indicated. A separate list of free and low cost or Medi-Cal reimbursable services are available. When calling a provider from this list, please indicate that you got their name from this breastfeeding resource directory.

2011 Breastfeeding Resource Directory

You may list yourself if you:

1. Are certified as a lactation professional (certification information must be provided).
2. Are a licensed health care professional (licensing information must be provided).
3. Are a La Leche League Leader.
4. Are listing a health care agency (hospital, WIC).

The fee for a basic listing will be $100 and if you wish a live link to your own web site there will be an additional $100 charge. If your services are provided to consumers at no cost / low cost, you will be listed free of charge.

To list yourself:

1. Please choose the form that applies to you. Click on the link to the form and save it to your computer first.
2. Open the document and fill it out electronically.
3. Print it out, sign it,
4. If you are paying by check, mail it along with the application. (1911 San Ysidro Drive Beverly Hills, CA 90210)
