BreastfeedLA BEST Project

With funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Community Transformation Grant and in partnership with the L.A. County Department of Public Health, the Breastfeeding Task Force of Greater Los Angeles has launched the BEST Project.  We are currently recruiting up to 12 hospitals within L.A. County to receive coaching and technical support to improve maternity care practices that support breastfeeding and to achieve Baby-Friendly designation.

The application will be available May 23, 2012
